PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you want to change the product you bought - and only in case the product has not been used - you should send us an e-mail at eshop@sagiakos-stores.gr or call us at 2105773871 within 4 days from the date of receipt .

For orders outside Greece, the customer makes the return with his charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).

For orders within Greece, the return can be made:

• In any physical store of Sagiakos-stores at no extra charge. You can see the stores here.
• By General Post. In this case, the customer undertakes to send us the respective product at our own expense exclusively by General Post. If we receive it and find that it is in excellent condition, we will send the new product with cash on delivery and a charge of € 3.50.

In case of company error in sending the product or defective product, shipping costs are borne by the company. If you receive a defective product, please let us know immediately.

REFUNDS

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you must submit a Return Request within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of receipt. approval of the Request. Once the return is made and it is determined that the product has not been used, you will be refunded.
The products and the packaging must be in excellent condition and must be accompanied by all the accompanying documents: Retail receipt or invoice and all the accompanying documents, such as labels, etc.
Refunds are made on the purchase price of the products, within 14 calendar days.
In case of refund, the RETURN COSTS OF THE PRODUCTS ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
